|
Ingredients:
Uses President’s Choice (PC) products
(only in Canada? pity!)
1 cup boiling water
1 container PC (68g) Too Good To Be True Instant Spicy Black Bean Soup
1 container (340g) PC La Eleccion del Presidente Frozen Guacamole, thawed
2 cups PC La Eleccion del Presidente Extra Chunky Mild Salsa Picante
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups PC Too Good to be True Low Fat Sour Cream Product
½ can (398 mL) PC Super colossal Pitted Black Olives, drained and coarsely
chopped (about 7 olives) (I use green olives, ‘cause I don’t like black ones)
1 red bell pepper, chopped
6 to 8 green onions, chopped
PC La Eleccion del Presidente Nacho Chips or The Restaurant Blues’ Bluecorn
Tortilla Chips
Directions:
Add boiling water to instant soup mix, stir
well. Let stand 10 minutes. Spread soup along bottom of 10- or 11-inch (25
or 28 cm) square or round serving bowl. Spread guacamole over top. Spoon on
salsa. Sprinkle with cheese. Spoon sour cream on top. Sprinkle with olives,
red pepper, and green onions. Refrigerate about 1 hour or longer until
chilled. Serve with nacho or tortilla chips.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
