Ingredients:

1 pkg. English Muffins
1 can crab meat
8 oz. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 stick margarine
2 T. mayonnaise

Directions:

Mix softened margarine, garlic, mayonnaise, cheese, and crab. Spread on muffins. These can be prepared ahead and stored in freezer. Cut frozen muffins into quarters and store in plastic freezer bag.

Broil until bubbly and serve hot.
