Hot Chicken Dip


Ingredients:

2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 - 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese
3 (5 oz. ea.) cans white chicken meat w/juices
diced jalapeno peppers to taste


Directions:

Let cream cheese come to room temperature. Mix all ingredients together, put in crockpot and heat until hot. Serve with Tostitos.


Notes:

Very, very easy and I have never served this without being asked for the recipe!!
