Ingredients:

12 Medium Mushrooms
Italian Dressing
1 Egg Beaten
6 oz. Crabmeat
1 Minced Green Onion
2 T. Minced Yellow Onion
Chopped Mushroom Stems
½ C. Seasoned Bread Crumbs
¼ C. Mayonnaise
1 T. Parsley
½ tsp. Minced Garlic
½ tsp. Seasoning Salt
4 T. 3-Cheese Grated Mix (Romano, Parmesan & Mozzarella)
2 T. Grated White Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 T. Melted Butter

Directions:

Clean Mushrooms & remove stems.
Put caps in dish and marinate in Italian Dressing (for about an hour).
Preheat oven to 300ºF.
Mix all other ingredients, except melted butter, together in a bowl.
Butter bottom of baking dish.
Stuff caps with mixture and pile high, about ½ inch above tops of mushrooms.
Drizzle melted butter over mushrooms and bake for 30-35 minutes. (I turned the oven up to 350º after 30 minutes for about 5 minutes to brown the tops.)
Serve with lemons.
