Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 large onion - chopped
1/2 cup uncooked instant rice
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed tomato soup
1/4 cup water
4 cups shredded cabbage
Sour Cream (optional)
Chives (optional)
Directions:
Cook beef and onion in skillet until brown;
drain.
Stir in rice, salt, pepper, soup and water.
Place cabbage in an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
Spoon beef mixture over cabbage.
Cover and bake at 400* F about 45 mins.
Top with sour cream and chives
