The FrampBurger


Ingredients:

Buttered hamburger rolls
Thin beef sausages
Eggs - Fried or Scrambled (If scrambled, add parsley, black course pepper, and garlic salt)
Tomato
Sliced Cheese


Directions:

Cook sausages. When cooked on the outside, split down the center with a knife and turn over to cook the inside of the sausage.  This makes them cook quicker and removes a lot of sausage fat (which is why I weigh 190Kg, not 450Kg anymore  :-)
Cut sausage in half to fit on the hamburger rolls. 
Put sausage on top of cheese to melt it.
Eggs go on top of the sausage.
Sliced tomato then goes on top of the egg, followed by salt and pepper.


Notes:

When eaten for breakfast chilled chocolate milk or cold coke is suggested to maintain a healthy level of sugar intake.
