Stringy Meat


Ingredients:

one envelope onion soup mix
one chuck/beef (less tender cut) roast


Directions:

put roast in crock pot
pour envelope of onion soup on top of meat.
put lid on and set to LOW.
DO NOT ADD LIQUID

After 8 hrs, I remove meat, and add sour cream, or mushroom soup to the juices. Whisk until smooth.
