Tastee Burgers


Ingredients:

6 pounds lean ground beef
2 cans chicken gumbo soup
1 onion, diced
1/2 cup ketchup
1/8 cup mustard
salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Put in crockpot, add remaining ingredients and cook for 6-8 hours. May want to remove lid last hour or so to let it cook down.


Notes:

I love to make this either for a crowd or for just the two of us and then freeze in qt. ziplock freezer bags. I try to always have some on hand!!
