1 minute quickly adding to ice cold water. The skins should fall off the
tomatoes. Notes: We make this recipe every couple of weeks and it serves as the basis for anything italian, including spaghetti, my homemade meatballs and my lasagna. It freezes extremly well. Separate into ziplock style containers for 1 or 2 people. |
